Laci Lower, Founder

Laci Lower is the founder of Interlace. Laci has extensive experience in New Product Development, Product Management, and Product Marketing. She has guided products through all stages of the product life-cycle. She particularly enjoys working with those at the beginning and end of the life-cycle where she helps clients assess trends, determine if they should enter a market, conduct needs assessment, refine concepts, analyze product performance to decide if they should be discontinued.

A data-lover, Laci enjoys finding nuggets of information that help companies make informed, timely decisions. Described by some as like “Switzerland”, Laci has an uncanny ability to get all areas of the business to work together for a common goal. She is able to see perspectives and pain-points in all areas of a company – be it engineering, marketing, finance, or sales – and help them to see the bigger picture and make well-informed trade-off decisions.

Prior to launching her consulting practice, Laci worked in the office furniture, agriculture and product fundraising industries, where she amassed over a decade of Product Management, Product Development, and Product Marketing experience.

Laci has an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Strategic Management and a BA from Coe College, where she majored in Business Administration and Computer Science.

You will likely find Laci lending her skills as a board member of area nonprofit organizations, assisting with community events, and coaching her children’s athletic teams.
